Refund Policy

We intend all of your customers to be 100% satisfied with a product that you can use. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a full refund of your order. 

Step 1: Contact us at subgunstore@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order number in the subject line of your email.

Step 2: We will give you a return authorization number.

Step 3: Print the email we send you and ship it back to us along with the product.

Step 4: When we receive the product we will refund the cost of your order less your original shipping amount.
